How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

- Description of why you wish to be refunded
- Evidence of any issues you have experienced on the platform(screenshots, recordings, etc.).
Refund Eligibility

- Refunds should be issued if our service is unusable due to technical issues.
- Unusable is defined as the inability to access or use the service as intended, caused by technical problems originating from us.
Proof of Issue
- Customers must provide proof that the product is unusable.
- Screenshots of error messages or issues.
- Screen recordings demonstrating the problem.
- Participating in a screen-sharing session with our support team.
Time Frame for Refund Requests
- Monthly Subscriptions:
- Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Yearly Subscriptions:
- Refund requests should be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
