How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Date of purchase and type of subscription.
  • Description of why you wish to be refunded
  • Evidence of any issues you have experienced on the platform(screenshots, recordings, etc.).

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
  • Refunds should be issued if our service is unusable due to technical issues.
  • Unusable is defined as the inability to access or use the service as intended, caused by technical problems originating from us.

Proof of Issue

  • Customers must provide proof that the product is unusable.
    • Screenshots of error messages or issues.
    • Screen recordings demonstrating the problem.
    • Participating in a screen-sharing session with our support team.

Time Frame for Refund Requests

  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    • Refund requests should be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Yearly Subscriptions:
    • Refund requests should be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
